forever banned from taking part in the Reese's Peanut
Butter Cup Eating Championship as a contender for the title. |

The role of Commissioner is an
appointed position, and the bearer cannot be replaced,
impeached, or repealed for any reason until such time as the
current presiding Commissioner chooses to step down. |

The decision making authority of
the Commissioner in matters relating to
the RPBCEC are absolute. There is
no appeal or overruling authority for a
decision made by the RPBCEC
Commissioner. |
